Very good

Liked: Ruben at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. My room was ready much earlier than the regular check-in time. There was a cozy sitting area.
Disliked: The sliding glass door to the patio did not close properly, so there was a draft. There was no elevator.

Disliked: Our experience at the Aspen Mountain Lodge was pleasant. Our experience working with Vacasa, who managed the reservation, was very unpleasant. Our reservation was changed by Vacasa- and required follow up. We couldn't get anyone to confirm Vacasa's change until 2 hrs before check-in and after multiple emails and phone calls.
