Liked: friendly, staff, good location
Disliked: No air conditioning, windows don't open, inadequate ventilation - I had to sit in the carpark until 2am to cool down.

Liked: Very close to Paddington Station and the near by restaurants were very good. Had a luggage room for holding our bags before and after we checked out.
Disliked: There was a breakfast advertised on their website and a breakfast advertised in the room on the back of the door but none to be found ( website said due to COVID bagged breakfast available) clothes washer and dryer didn’t work and couldn’t fix it during our stay.

Good location for a family...

Liked: Good location, nice apartment, friendly staff.
Disliked: My grandson left an expensive speaker in the room when we left, and we didn’t manage to retrieve it.

Liked: Spacious and near to Hyde park, onsite parking
Disliked: London parking system, there is no way to stop people parking in a reserved space

Disappointed to a new level

Disliked: Room didn’t look anything like the photos, was on a floor below the reception like a dungeon. Had little to no signal on my phone or through the WiFi. There was a box of rodenticides (poison) outside the room door… not at all as expected for £200 a night. Asked to move but they said the hotel was full.
