Liked: Very spacious room with clean & tidy facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen & bathroom had everything we needed & there are some good extras like a pool, spa & restaurant on site but we unfortunately did not have time to try.
Disliked: Would recommend installing an extractor fan in the bathroom to remove the steam because in the winter its too cold to open windows. The WIFI did not work very well but it is a busy time of the year & the TV in our room was also not working well either.

Liked: Food in the restaurant was excellent. Very tasty. Waitress needs to learn to smile.
Disliked: Boil water notice so tricky brushing teeth etc. bed was a little hard.

Liked: The television signal was pathetic, the only hotel I have stayed at in Greymouth where they dont have SKY, to cheap maby. The door in the passage kept banging when someone came in or went out as the latch was broken and has obviously been for a while, so I didn't get much sleep.
