Liked: Ashburton House was spotlessly clean. Warm welcome from Stephen and Margaret. Room comfortable with all that was needed. Excellent breakfast.

Perfect choice for our Scarborough...

Liked: Perfect location, close to the town and the beach venue we were visiting. Owner very welcoming and friendly. The building is beautifully decorated and everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lovely tea/coffee and biscuits. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Liked: The Ashburton House was a lovely B&BThe owners were polite, helpful, and very welcoming.The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The on suite had a large walk-in shower, which was better than the usual small cubicle shower.The breakfast was outstanding and well worth the money. It also has on-site parking, which was a bonus.We will definitely be staying here again
