The Ashburton House offers fantastic bed and breakfast accommodations in a perfect location in the beautiful coastal resort of Scarborough. Our “Boutique” seaside B&B strives to create a quirky and distinctive feel by mixing the traditional features of a seaside resort within our beautiful Victorian Guest House. Each of our eight guest rooms are unique and have been individually styled in recent years the whole property has undergone a full refurbishment. All room have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower all equipped with large flat screen TVs free Wi-Fi & complementary tea/coffee making facilities. We offer a generous & varied breakfast menu and the property has its own off street car-park.

Top value for money.

Liked: Nice, comfortable, clean room with a lovely view onto gardens at the back. Bed very cosy and plenty of milk, toiletries etc. Top value for money.
Disliked: Wi fi not the best.

Very good

Liked: The location is excellent, the room was very clean and well equipped. The decor is very seaside and lovely.
Disliked: The bed could have been a little firmer.

Liked: Our second stay with a month and could not fault it, spotless everywhere, great beds and the most fantastic delicious breakfast with lots of choice, I would definitely recommend Ashburton House

Exceptional

Liked: Ashburton House is a lovely place to stay - beautifully decorated and immaculately clean - and Margaret and Steven were great hosts. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the towels soft and the little box of goodies with crisps, biscuits and Tunnocks' mallows a real treat. The breakfast selection was excellent and everything was really tasty and well cooked. We would certainly stay there again!

Liked: Really nice location and not a far walk from the beach, really nice modern rooms
Disliked: the shower wasnt the best but apart from that was perfect

Fantastic.

Liked: We were able to check in after 1pm which is earlier than most guest houses / hotels. The room was very clean and the amenities were excellent. A lovely touch were the biscuits, chocolate and crisps, plenty of cold water and fresh milk were available. Overall we could not pick fault with anything, we had breakfast both mornings and the food was very tasty and fresh. We certainly would return and definitely recommend this guest house.
Disliked: Nothing about the property or the hosts we can complain about or give any negative feedback.
