Disliked: The rooms are very dated. In need of renovation and updating.

Liked: Great breakfast and a fabulous meal from the menu, staff can't do enough to help you, ,rooms are very clean, but dated, I know new owners so they are improving as they go along, just had new roof and painted outside, our bathroom had been modernised so was lovely bedroom needs updating
Disliked: Can't say anything really as it's a work in progress

Liked: The hotel is perfect if you are visiting the Pembrey race circuit, which was the purpose of the visit as it's only a few minutes away by car.It is a no frills hotel. If you are expecting the Ritz you will be disappointed but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bar is good and the breakfast is amazing. All in all the hotel is very good value for money.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The staff were friendly and went out of their way to look after our needs. This included looking after luggage and pointing out the quickest way to the closest train station. Very helpful as this distance could have proved a lengthy walk. The sort of service that reinforces your faith in human nature.
