Liked: Very clean and cozy hotel with a great location to explore the financial district or take the metro at Fulton Streat which is just across the street. The staff was very friendly, I can only recommend staying at Artezen Hotel!

Family trip to NYC

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at The Artezen hotel. The staff were friendly, efficient & happy to help. The location is excellent, it's in the financial district, close to numerous subway stations, One World Trade Centre, Oculus, Brooklyn Bridge & Battery Park. Plenty of shops & places to eat close by & a lovely Italian coffee shop/deli next door.
Disliked: There wasn't much to be unhappy about to be honest. We had a problem one evening with noisy neighbours but the reception staff sorted it out straight away.

Perfect!

Liked: Great location, everything within walking distance, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very comfortable bed and linen, Regular cleaning and friendly staff, very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we were to return to New York, we would stay here again.

Comfy room in a great...

Liked: Location was great, easy access to the subway via Fulton Street. Staff were lovely especially concierge. We stayed in king deluxe with a terrace and the size of the room was so good for NYC. The bed and the pillows were SO comfy and the room was so quiet at nighttime. Would certainly recommend and stay again.
