The most beautiful anniversary celebrations...

Liked: This is just a fabulous hotel run by most caring and amazing staff. We booked this hotel for celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. When I booked it I specifically booked it for the beautiful restaurant and bar they have on the rooftop which I have seen before on my travels and always wanted to come back to celebrate my anniversary there, unfortunately the bar and rooftop were closed during our stay for renovation. However, when the hotel staff learned about the initial reason for me booking this hotel, they went above and beyond to ensure we still had the most amazing anniversary celebrations. I was so touched by the care, effort and willingness to provide the best absolute experience to their guests. I have never been to a hotel where staff truly care and give their absolute best to ensure guests have the best experiences. Even restaurant/ breakfast staff were superb in showing up with amazing energy every day, uplifting the mood and vibes of all guests staying there. Hotel itself is beautiful, clean and luxurious. Honestly will be the most memorable stay for us in Rome.

Disliked: The bar tender was different than the rest Little hostile maybe because I am veiled I am not sure or because I have a free voucher for coffee or wine and of course I had coffee

Liked: The room was very clean The bathroom was really nice, there was the free minibar in our room. They refilled it everyday and it had water, pop, juice, and beer.The staff were very friendly though and they recommended great restaurants and places to visit.The breakfast was first class with everything that you can imagine.
Disliked: The street noise is a bit much but I suspect that’s true anywhere in the city. The sirens never seem to stop in Rome.

Liked: The service was truly exceptional, attentive to every need and super nice. It felt like home away from home. When the bed was too hard for me - they brought me a topper right away. The location was perfect. The room was quiet, very clean. The free mini bar is a very nice addition. You really feel they are trying to make you as comfortable as possible.
Disliked: Nothing
