An amazing stay

Liked: The location is exceptional with amazing mountain and city views all around. It is also very central and just a few minutes away from the station but still inside the hotel it is very quiet and peaceful. Having breakfast on the 15th floor is a wonderful experience. Apart from the lavish buffet the surrounding views are just magnificent. The hotel is very clean including the bed linen and towels. We will surely visit again. Thanks.
Disliked: The reception area can be decorated better to be more welcoming. We could have been informed that the mini bar in the room is free of charge. Also the room maids can check if there is a bottle opener in the room.

Superb

Modern, but with limitations

Liked: Good location, it was always clean, modern, nice shower, good linnen and very clean. Main bed was comfortable
Disliked: The sofa bed was terrible. We were in 3, my parents slept on main bed and I slept on the sofa bed. I woke up all days with my back hurting a lot. The problem is the division that was right on the back (pic attached). Even a sofa bed from Ikea is not that bad.

Great location, but cleanliness and...

Liked: I had a decent stay at this hotel, and there are some positives. The location is fantastic — it's really convenient, with easy access to the train station, buses, food options, and a supermarket nearby, which made getting around and grabbing essentials a breeze.
Disliked: However, I was disappointed by a couple of things. There was no housekeeping service during my stay, which I wasn’t expecting. Additionally, the bedsheets were not as clean as I would have liked; I noticed hair on them when I first checked in, which was quite off-putting.
