The hotel is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of Kings Cross Station, and many different options for eating out. Our room was small but comfortable, with a new ensuite; very clean and quiet, being at the back of the building. I would not hesitate to return to Arriva Hotel.

Disliked: Tiny room, very thin walls - could hear the person next door snoring and a lot of noise from the corridor

Liked: nice staff, rooms are clean, good location, short walk from tube station
Disliked: - It is offensive to pillows to call what they provide a "pillow"- Advertised as having free wifi, however wifi does not connect. Expect to use your mobile data- Shower pressure is non-existent - imagine a leaky tap. Basically impossible to have a shower and be confident you are actually clean

awful

Liked: We didnt complete our stay due to finding bed bugs. The man at reception was not surprised when we informed him of our findings, he did not offer us another room due to being fully booked and did not help us find another hotel to stay in. we were stranded in london lost lots of money on extra travel expenses. they have since accused us of lying snd are refusing a refund !!!!DO NOT STAY HERE

Good location but the room...

Liked: The room was pretty clean and the wifi was good. Good location close to pubs and shops.
Disliked: Room was small, small desk and uncomfortable stool to sit on. Shower was either boiling or freezing. Scary lift.

Good value -especially if you...

Liked: It was inexpensive, I had my own bathroom, it was a little dilapidated but clean. They had a hot water heater for coffee/tea in the rooms. The front desk staff seemed friendly. Closeness to St Pancras station
Disliked: The picture of this place shows flowers outside. I know this sounds strange but they really add to the illusion of the sites quality. When I got there, there were no flowers. In might have scored this site even better with flowers.
