Arriva Hotel

The hotel is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of Kings Cross Station, and many different options for eating out. Our room was small but comfortable, with a new ensuite; very clean and quiet, being at the back of the building. I would not hesitate to return to Arriva Hotel.

Value for money given the location.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, very clean, new looking bathroom with great shower
Disliked: Tiny room, very thin walls - could hear the person next door snoring and a lot of noise from the corridor

Liked: Rooms were clean. They were small but all we did was sleep there so it served its purpose.

Disappointing

Liked: It's OK. The rooms are clean and the bed was ok.We only booked it as close to the station and had an early train to Paris.....
Disliked: It's a budget hotel and the beds could be more comfortable but it is OK.

Great location and value for...

Liked: The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.
Disliked: Room and bathroom were very small (but it's ideal for a short stay or if you are out all day and just need somewhere to sleep at night).

Cheap & Cheerful

Liked: Hotel convenient for St Pancras.
Disliked: The room requires updating. Shower pressure is awful. Can hear other doors slamming.
