Very good

Liked: Great location and nice room.
Disliked: Confusion with staff meant that I was not offered the option of a cooked breakfast in the morning until after I’d already been waiting for 15 minutes at the table.

Liked: The location and the room was great.
Disliked: One member of the staff was really unpleasant and made us want to leave the reception as soon as possible. There seemed to be a nice backyard but we couldn’t find out how to get out there, and the staff seemed really uninterested in telling us.

A reasonable hotel in a...

Liked: We chose this hotel for its location and we were not disappointed - a few minutes walk to Oxford Street or the British Museum, great connection to the airport and the biggest attractions in London. Additionally, friendly staff and tasty breakfasts.
Disliked: The room was quite small and worn out, the bathroom was tiny, the ventilation in the room left a bit to be desired because upon entering it was stuffy.

If you're traveling for business,...

Liked: Location is fantastic and that's about it.
Disliked: The hotel got hacked and bombarded me with emails, whatsapps and other messages while I was on Easter holidays. Never received any apology for this. Moreover, I called the hotel saying that I have no way of emailing them on booking because the account was hacked. A person on the phone was very helpful and asked me to just state the reason for my call, which was to ask for an invoice. My details were taken. However, upon checkout, it turned out no note was made of this call. My invoice was wrong and the lady just yelled at me saying that "mistakes can happen" and she "can't change it". She gave me a card with email address. I emailed the hotel immediately asking for an invoice again. I have still not received any response. This puts me in a terrible position as I need the invoice to get the hotel payment reimbursed.

Superb

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, possibility to make tee or coffee in the room, very good location near the British museum and not far from transportation. We could leave our stuff there after checkout . The ventilator in the room.
Disliked: The room was quite small and no possibility to open the window more than a bit.
