Good hotel for exploring New...

Liked: Great location to get around on the metro. Very nice breakfast with plenty of allowance with the booking. Helpful and friendly staff. Good car service to the airport at the end.
Disliked: We booked dinner for one night but there was an event on and so we had to eat in the lounge and it felt like they had taken too much on. It’s quite a busy hotel and for families I’d suggest asking to be on a quiet floor rather than one of the lower ones which is part of the atrium which captures people coming back at night. The bathroom could do with more places to dry towels.

Exceptional

NYC is cool

Liked: the location is nice, 8-9 mins to different subway station, 12 to Penn station. Communication was easy with the reception and the hotel is nice and moder + a cool rooftopbar. They have different locations, next time I'll stay in Arlo Williamsburg (Brooklyn) - > Elevators were fast
Disliked: all was good, didn't stay much in the room

Disliked: Breakfast starts a bit late (7am) but otherwise very good

Fantastic hotel with excellent amenities....

Liked: Lovely decor, great rooftop bar, friendly staff, nice location, and a truly stellar gym. The rooms even have steamers for clothes, not just a clothes iron. Absolutely loved my stay!

Liked: Nice clean hotel.
Disliked: The air con was a bit strange. Super strong or week. No real intermediate settings.

Liked: Very modern but approachable at the same time. Staff was outstanding in helpfulness and friei, ( so wonderful to experience that)
Disliked: Just a little more space in our room, though it was comfy..
