Superb
Liked: The location was very convenient & close to all attractions. Breakfast was the only thing I was disappointed in . Very expensive.

Good
Liked: Lovely hotel with good staff who are keen to see that you are comfortable in the hotel. The view from our room was awesome and the rooftop bar was quite nice serving this delicious pizza. Overall, a good stay
Disliked: The location too near time square which is crowded and rough!

Overall, a great located and...
Liked: Arlo Midtown is a very stylish and beautifully designed hotel. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, offering an amazing view over the city skyline. The location is ideal — just far enough from the hectic bustle of Times Square to feel relaxed, but still central enough to explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of New York City with ease. Also there’s a lovely café called Aroma nearby where you could enjoy a wonderful breakfast and Oliyo, a buffet restaurant offering all-day dining at a very affordable price.
Disliked: There were several service and cleanliness issues that impacted our stay.We requested an extra blanket, which we did receive - however, it came without a cover. Despite asking multiple times, a cover was never provided.Although the beds were made daily, the bed linens were not changed even when it was clearly necessary. The carpet on our room floor remained visibly dirty for several days, and in general, the cleanliness of the hotel didn’t hold up under closer inspection.Another point of frustration was the room arrangement. We booked two rooms back in March (one with a terrace for us, and one with a city view for our kids) and asked at the time if it was possible to have them near each other. We were told our request was noted. However, upon arrival (after a long flight to JFK), we were informed that it was not possible to have the rooms on the same floor due to the categories booked. While we were eventually offered a different room so that both could be on the same floor, this adjustment wasn’t what we originally wanted - and we likely would have chosen a different hotel if we had been informed about this limitation back in March.Lastly, there’s a daily “resort fee” of approximately $30 per room for amenities such as Wi-Fi, gym access, and water. This charge (totaling nearly $600) was not clearly mentioned during the booking process on booking.com. Had we known about it in advance, we may have reconsidered our choice.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and polite. Room was clean, breakfast totally worth the $$. Great location for sightseeing.
Disliked: Room temperature was ok but definitely different than what was displayed on the AC control board. Room relatively small. No wardrobe.
