Passable

Liked: Room 614 was good size and clean
Disliked: Room 2417 was way to small ps cooler did not work in room 614 and the water from the shower did go to the floor

Good

Liked: The bar in the ground floor and it was close to some interesting areas of NYC
Disliked: The room was supper small, the bed was like a rock, the breakfast is only a la carta and if you don’t here there with time, there are long queues .

Liked: We had an amazing stay in Arlo. The view is absolutely beautiful. Didn't watch the TV once, just enjoyed the great view.The room is not huge but somehow feels spacious.I really appreciated that the Room has everything you need for daily use, like a steam iron, mini fridge, a safe, an umbrella The room was perfectly clean and housekeeping visits every day.Bed was comfy, very good sleep.Coming back to New York, I would certainly consider coming back to Arlo.
Disliked: Not many amenities to spend time in the hotel. Like a pool, etc. The location is good if you want to see the main city attractions, the are all a very short walking distance away.However, if you're looking for a quieter neighborhood with less tourists and crowds, this might not be the best choice.

Excellent , nice rooms ,...

Liked: Everything the atmosphere was very welcoming , staff greeted us and was very attentive during our stay. A simple text and the request was fulfilled within 15 minutes max. I recommend including breakfast when booking room . It is not a typical buffet , it is a sit down all meals made when ordered atmosphere . The restaurant is very nice and when very busy there is a wait. When you include breakfast you can order from the menu, leave voucher and it is delivered . We never had to wait more than 30 minutes .

Good

Liked: Very responsive staff. Nice space, atmosphere and amenities.
Disliked: Rooms are small but nice and beds are comfortable. Coolers instead of refrigerators in the rooms. Odd choice. Leaky. Not useful.
