Liked: Great stay in a great hotel. Staff couldn't do enough to help and the service provided was first class.
Disliked: Rooms were large and had all we needed. However just in a few small places need a bit of attention.

Liked: The water park is nice
Disliked: The staff are rude, the rooms have two 1/2 gallon garbage cans, we had 5 people staying in a two bedroom condo and the maid service only came once in our 5 day stay. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper because we ran out. Overall everything here is over priced, the property is in a bad area. I’ve stayed in’s Scottsdale and Kierland for the same price at much better resorts

Liked: The water park was great.
Disliked: Parking on the property is rough. Also, the building I stayed in only had one ice machine, and it was on the 5th floor. Other building had one on each floor. The prices of food and drink in the water park are insanely high.
