Clean, friendly, convenient

Liked: The room was quite small but equipped with everything you really need – and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious (almost felt like a luxury in comparison
Disliked: The only thing we really missed was a little fridge – mainly to keep our beers cold – and a safe for passports and valuables.

Disliked: I booked this based on the positivity of other reviews. I was expecting it to be basic, but decent. Unfortunately I had a basement room that faced right onto the street and it was really noisy all night, with shouting etc. I actually felt quite unsafe as a woman on my own, and contemplated leaving. The bed was also uncomfortable. I did not get much rest.

Liked: I loved it, awesome location, nice neighborhood and really lovely staff members. They kept my luggage before my check-in that was an excellent comfort!

Liked: The upgrade and no extra price. The location is brilliant, easy walk to russell tube, kings Cross tube. Or just walking to Covent gardens. 24hr receptionist to help with any concerns.
Disliked: It was modern room which was great, but few marks on the walls and cracks. Even though hot week, the fan didn't cool the room compared to the corridors.
