Paying for the location rather...

Liked: The location is brilliant and the highlight of the stay, rooms are trendy visually
Disliked: The rooms again are trendy to look at but very very small, and need looked after dirty, holes in the wall painting scraped on the walls and the shower hasn’t been fitted correctly

Nice hotel.

Liked: Lovely room, very clean. Nice staff, very friendly. Comfy beds.
Disliked: Was a very small double room, ok for the couple of nights I stayed to do the marathon. But would be to small for me for a longer stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. They were obviously spending money refurbishing and updating the hotel and there were new carpets already in some areas. Fabulous location!
Disliked: There was an issue with the hot water during our stay which meant we weren’t able to have a shower at all. However, the hotel gave us a discounted rate due to the inconvenience this caused, without hesitation.

Hotel of last resort

Liked: Very convenient location, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Very loud street at night, arrived into the lobby & there was an Eastern European man with a bust up face covered in blood chatting with the receptionist. The room was modern but had clearly had lots of previous guests cause damage, the night stand was hanging off the wall & had clearly been ignored by the cleaner, multiple walls were damaged & some of the paint was clearly peeling. Music was played late into the night & there was some shouting.
