Ok but needs furniture improvements

Liked: Good location and good service
Disliked: The beds too tall. The shower has no grab bar. Room too narrow. Not enough sitting area.

Liked: New hotel. The lobby
Disliked: People bring dogs to the breakfast area. Windows cannot be opened. The hotel booked our prepaid reservation as agreed on booking.com and then put a hold on the same amount another 2 times. 5 days after checkout I still have no acces to the funds they blocked (1250 usd). That's very annoying.
