Other than the check in...

Liked: Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Check in was slow. We were checking in late (10:45 pm) and had to wait about 10-15 until the lady could get the person in from of us checked in. She was having problems with his check in and had to keep asking the other staff person for help. The other person was counting money or something so we had to wait. I feel like the other staff person should have stopped and just checked us in.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Rooms and facility are shabby.
Disliked: Room carpet was none too clean. Bathroom floor was not clean. All sheets, bedding and towels need replacing.

Very comfortable and well-kept place...

Liked: This hotel is a good value with extra space in the room and a nice breakfast. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. I accidentally left a recipe at the front desk the first night. The next night, the woman from the front desk came to me while I was waiting for the elevator and asked if it was mine. She had a little note on it with my name on it, and somehow remembered my face when I walked by the lobby. It was nice to feel like someone was looking out for me.
