Would stay again as charges were good for this standard of hotel in London. One picky thing - would have liked price to include breakfast.

Liked: Decor, cleanliness, food. Bar staff were exceptional - excellent service with kindness thrown - so rare.

Excellent value for money but...

Liked: Good value for money. Very nice clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The main problem was with the air conditioning. The lowest it went to was 19c and that was far too hot, slept with bed sheets off. Also be prepared for lots of up-selling emails after you book.
