Liked: One of the cheapest accomodations in Wienna. Staff is ready to help, location is safe. Towels and bed sheets are fresh and clean.
Disliked: Common kitchen is dirty and does not smell good.

Liked: The staff were friendly. Although the location is a bit far from the center, it has a good transport connection. Wifi worked very well. The breakfast was simple but not bad.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned well, even the beds were not made when we entered the room….the second night, there was not hot water anymore, luckily the staff managed to change the room for us. The hotel is beside a principal street, a lot of traffic made it very noisy also during the night.

Liked: Reasonable price tag, for 3 nights was good value for money.They have a late check out option for 14 Eur only which was superb. Helped made the daty so much easy. Beds were conformable, elevator was good as well. They also got a good car parking area.Great location, you can walk to Volksteather and center for 20 something minutes or you can take a bus which is right there. Good vending machine in the lobby and very friendly and young staff.24/7 reception. They lock the door past midnight, which is great for security. Just buzz and ID yourself, and they'll let you in.Apparently, it is very popular. Had a lot of guests.
Disliked: The room was very very hot. Too hot like a sauna. No AC or fanIt's very loud because of the boulevard that never sleeps and the poor isolation.The room cleaner is very loud with his loud vaccum too early in the morning when people are resting. The doors slam way too loud whenever someone leaves.One of the walls behind the bed was dirty like old coffee or vomit was spilled there long ago and never cleaned, became part of the paint now.The shower only fits when standing. It's squeezed.Between the wall and the foot of the bed is super tiny, I barely squeeze through thanks to a useless plastic semi box.The CCTV monitor that serves as a TV works, but it's way too small. The high angle that it's placed makes it impossible to watch from the bed laying because it just shows shades on the faces.Some directions on the stickers and whatnot were just copy-paste from other A&O locations, it seems. Because they were not accurate. No phone in the room to call reception. They wake up people by knocking if they're late to check out which can wake you up too.

Disliked: I’m very disappointed with the customer service. After our stay at A&O Wien Stadthalle, we realized that some personal belongings were left in the room. We filled out the lost items form on the website – no response. We emailed – no response. We messaged on WhatsApp – only received the same automatic reply with the reception number. We tried calling multiple times, but the line wouldn’t connect. Every attempt to reach someone for help has led nowhere.It’s extremely frustrating to be passed around with no real support, especially when we’re just trying to recover important personal belongings.
