Liked: Location, easy to get to and explore Leipzig
Disliked: Staff did not clean the part of the room with a window, left a bed covering wrapped up on the floor and didn't sweep where the lockers were, elevator did not work for the entirety of the stay

Great Location, friendly staff!!

Liked: Super location, easy to get to anywhere we needed. Breakfast was simple but good, room was cozy and wasn't too loud during the night (windows facing the inner side). Staffs were very friendly(We reflected to the front desk staff that the booked cleaning service didn't realized, he gave us free drinks vouchers for apology, which was very nice of him. :) )
Disliked: Booked the cleaning service but it didn't come, which wasn't a big deal.(just wanted to flag it so they can improve next time).In the breakfast room I think the TV is not necessary(too distracted for young kids that they can't concentrate on their food....)
