Really pretty property for someone...

Liked: The space is beautiful -- wonderful boutique hotel atmosphere. Definitely trying to give off a fancy high-service vibe. I think this hotel is ideal for someone who likes to eat breakfast/dinner where they are staying since the in-hotel restaurant is really good.
Disliked: Location is ok, a bit north and off the "Fishtown" main drag. Noise is also a bit of an issue. I could hear anything that happened in the hallway including word for word conversations. A neighbor went to bang on someone else's door at midnight because he couldn't sleep since he could hear every word of their show. Thankfully I was on the end of the hall furthest from the restaurant. If you're closer to the restaurant you might have noise issues since they yell "corner" as they go through the hallways from the kitchen to the dining room. The restaurant and servers bringing food through common areas to the dining room made using communal spaces a bit chaotic.

Overall fantastic and we'll be...

Liked: Service was awesome, room was beautiful, bed was comfy, parking was free, area was perfect.
Disliked: The room was so dark that even with all the lights on we could barely see. The water took legit 5 mins to get hot enough to shower. The walk to the parking lot was a little far.

Amazing! Can’t wait to go...

Liked: Every detail was exceptional. The hotel feels very “tucked in” and secluded despite being in a very residential are. There are countless lounge “nooks” throughout the hotel. The two bars and restaurants located in the hotel make it so you don’t have to leave during your stay but if you do the fish town restaurants and bars are an easy 10 minute walk!! The food and cocktails were excellent and every person was friendly and personalable.
Disliked: The only thing the hotel is missing is a curated scent. Every one of the 5 senses was awakened except that one :)

Enjoyed my stay

Liked: Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. The staff was amazing—especially in the attached restaurant.
Disliked: There were minor issues with checking-in, but the staff was so nice and helpful…

A hidden gem, exquisitely managed

Disliked: One small thing went wrong: Sunday morning the hot water took a very long time coming. My husband shaved cold. Not your problem but please pass it on: the restaurant Bastianini was obnoxiously loud Thursday night. They should consider ways to buffer the noise.

Once they iron out the...

Liked: The property is very pretty. They have done a nice job curating the look of a modern boutique hotel. Unfortunately it was raining when we stayed so we were unable to use the pool. The gym is snug but in line with the size of the property. They have a far infrared sauna, a great amenity. The in-room amenities were excellent - love having extra fridge space, dishes and utensils, a microwave, Le Labo toiletries. The location is so fun if you are looking for something outside of downtown.
Disliked: Unfortunately there are a few things that could be improved to get to a luxury hotel level. Some minor: Our water carafe wasn’t filled when we checked in, some in the curtains were miss-hung, the bathroom didn’t have a shaving mirror... But some were less minor: On our first day, we left for 5 hours and our room was not cleaned. A manager was kind enough to reset the room herself to make up for it but it showed gaps in the service. The sound proofing between the rooms and halls and rooms is weak. We were awaken by people coming in late. You can fully hear peoples’ conversations in the next room.
