Liked: A beautiful period property, the rooms were a good size. Parking was on road but plentiful. The breakfast was lovely , the coffee strong. Also a full size kettle in the room.

OK. Lovely terrace building which...

Liked: Checking-in ok - friendly reception. Front door scruffy and stiff to open; looked from outside that it wasn't open and welcoming.Bed comfortable and nice clean linen.
Disliked: End of roll of toilet paper with no replacements until asked for them. Light over wash basin didn't work, Basin plug chain detached.Breakfast disappointing. Cooked food ok and good helpings BUT all-important fresh coffee was unavailable due to the hotplate for the filter juggs not working. That was really poor! How long hadn't it been working - it looked old and scruffy. They must have known it wasn't working and a replacement should have been sourced. Consequently there were only instant coffee sachets which are undrinkable. The tea bags also ran out.
