Very good

Liked: Stylish room, easy access with great communication. Loved the bathroom styling, hot tub in the room and very clean and well presented. Good location - 15 mins walk from Angel tube station.
Disliked: Rooms not very soundproof - could hear everything from other rooms very clearly from the corridors, and to some extent within the room, too. The entrance from outside looks a bit run down, as a first impression it would be lovely if it looked more consistent with the nice decor and styling inside.

Liked: Location was good.porridge like water,cooked breakfast lukewarm or cold
Disliked: Breakfast very poor. Couldn’t get tv to work,as a rule I normally press button on remote and watch tv.Unable to do so on this tv

Nice but wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Property was a great location and the room was very large
Disliked: The hot tub whilst lovely you did feel when the jets were turned on it wasn’t really clean.When we arrived also the key fob wasn’t working so the staff contacted us to install a regular key which we met them to do but it wasn’t installed.Then when we went out we had to come back because they changed their minds and wanted to install the lock again. It just ruined the flow of the night and was disappointing at their lack of fore thought

My stay was disappointing.

Liked: The name. Close to shops
Disliked: The two flights of stairs, the absence of instructions for the shower, I ended up having cold showers, the narrow bathroom, no extension cord for the fan. So usage of the fan was limited which was a pain as it was very hot in the room. No clock on the wall, no mini fridge to keep the water cold. No comfortable lounge chair. And the TV would not work. I spent a few hours to fix it without any luck and then the staff tried and managed to get some free to air channels to work. Very frustrating & time wasting.

Liked: We had to change our booking last minute following an accident and there was no problem doing this, which allowed friends to use our booking instead. Feedback was that the room was great and hotel in a fantastic location to access the wider area.

Liked: Apartment was lovely very light clean with everything you needed Location to tube great just a short walk away but the walk is nice tooWill definitely be staying here again when visiting London Staff very helpful and nice
