Great location

Liked: Fantastic size room and absolutely love the location as is very quiet but a short walk to the hussle and bustle. Everything you could need on the tea tray and toiletries provided. Clean hand and bath towels provided. Love the contactless check-in and the staff are very helpful and responsive with any queries or problems.
Disliked: Shame curtains aren't blackout but that's personal preference and I wear an eye-mask to sleep so no major biggie. Also bedding could have been fresher. Wasn't necessarily unwashed but were a few marks/burn marks on linen.

Hidden gem

Liked: Excellent location, quiet street, no noisy neighbours. Bathroom is an excellent size. Modern interior. Very helpful staff via WhatsApp.
Disliked: The internet kept dropping, and the mattresses were a little worn-out. But these were minor issues.

Liked: Great little place to stay, loved the jacuzzi and the cafe downstairs.
Disliked: Payment was not through Booking.com which was sketchy and the communications around check in were poor.

Liked: Room was designed nice and was unique.
Disliked: Some areas needed fixing, water leak under the sink. Spoons supporting the light. Remote not working, no back case.We came back late to loud music so used the jacuzzi which is noisy. We wouldn't have used it late if there wasn't loud music. We got a knock on the door from the manager about the noise. I told him we switched it off, but he still wanted to speak with me in the middle of the night when we were sleeping. What a strange thing to do.Then about 40 minutes later I got a message asking me to keep the noise down and if he had to come round he would throw me out. I was sleeping so this was not good. Also some other customers looked atypical... Not sure if they were from the council, possibly homeless.
