The hotel's noise factor is terrible. We stayed on a Saturday night on the 6th floor. They have two night clubs, upstairs and basement. Loud music is heard from the room - ear plugs barely did anything. Very frustrating. Also, the doors to the bathroom slide open and bang to stop, so you hear people doing that all night - very thin walls are not good. We won'€™t EVER stay there again. Miserable and payed a lot! Their high end and impressive service is to mask what you are going to endure overnight. Not worth it.
Liked: Friendly service.
Disliked: Very noisy - loud music.

Liked: Large enough hotel to him on the big hotel benefits But small enough to have personal service, no waiting for elevators and no loud crowds. Will definitely come back!

Liked: Welcomed with a glass of wine, free upgrade to a king room, great room service options, fun upstairs party.
Disliked: No parking at all unless you want to pay $45 for valet.

Liked: Location, complimentary wi-fi, complimentary snacks and soft drinks
Disliked: pool party on rooftop during my stay on Sunday. There was too much security, I had to wear wrist band, show ID and get stamped to get into hotel I was paying to stay. I could not use the roof top pool the entire day as it was loud, crowded.

Liked: The style and staff were the best. The huge soaking tub was a plus. The bed was amazing (firm and soft all together). The wifi was fast, and the location was close to everything. Complimentary beer in the lobby, PCs for access right up front.
Disliked: Parking is a challenge, but it probably is for all hotels in the Gaslamp. We parked in public overnight parking - up to 72 hours for $25, as opposed to $49 for valet at the hotel. The hotel is right in the noisy party area, so the earplugs they gave help.

Liked: Very comfortable and amenities were very good.
Disliked: Evening neighborhood was sketchy. Not a location for single women.
