The hotel's noise factor is terrible. We stayed on a Saturday night on the 6th floor. They have two night clubs, upstairs and basement. Loud music is heard from the room - ear plugs barely did anything. Very frustrating. Also, the doors to the bathroom slide open and bang to stop, so you hear people doing that all night - very thin walls are not good. We won't EVER stay there again. Miserable and payed a lot! Their high end and impressive service is to mask what you are going to endure overnight. Not worth it.

Liked: Friendly service.
Disliked: Very noisy - loud music.

Absolutely terrible. Better off at...

Liked: We didn?t care for much about the hotel. Besides the view at the rooftop bar and the size of the shower.
Disliked: Everything. Our room smelt terrible. The view was almost offensive. When I booked the hotel it said it would be a city view, it ended up being a view of a bunch of rocks, hotel room windows and 2 steel flowers which was odd. We didn?t get any natural sunlight, it was very dark and depressing. Almost like being in a bunker. When we booked we where under the impression that there would be waters, drinks and snacks. We had one bottle of water for 2 people! And I couldn?t seem to find a ice machine or water fountain anywhere on my floor. Also online it said that there would be a free tote bag and some vouchers for food and drinks which I never received. Between the smell, the lack of water, the view of the room, the lack of things that where supposed to come with the room that was never seen and the condescending bartender at the roof I?m appalled that you guys charge so much for what you get. Never again! Oh and I also mentioned in the comments that it was my boyfriends birthday and I would like a bottle of wine at the room upon delivery (which I was willing to pay for) and never received or ever acknowledged. You guys are charging pendry/montage pricing for a motel 6 experience. I wasn?t gonna write a review or mention anything cause I didn?t want to waste the time but I saw this email pop up and I got upset all over again.

Exceptional

Liked: Deborah at the front desk was fantastic. She was able to find a room for an early check in and she personally brought our bags to our room. When she arrived she asked if we were celebrating anything and I told her it was my friends birthday. She asked if she could send up a bottle of champagne which I happily agreed to
Disliked: There was no server at the pool and the bar service was very slow even with 3 bartenders.Also we ordered a fruit plate 3 days in a row and it kept getting smaller and smaller. We pointed it out today and were given a new plate with plenty on it so that made it for it.

Overpriced hotel with a lot...

Liked: The bed was comfy and I was happy to have a large tub.
Disliked: The hotel was overpriced for what we got. The hotel, albeit a younger crowd, the hotel felt like it was an imitation trendy vegas resort with a lot of party-goers, it was extremely loud throughout the night. But the worse part was the cleanliness and overall accommodations. When we first arrived, the hotel room given to us was not even ready. When we got up to the room, the housekeepers were literally just about to go into the room and looked horrified when we told them that was the room assigned to us. We were quickly switched to a better location, but then as I was going through the towels that evening, I came across a damp and disgusting towel that was discolored and folded up with all the clean towels. It was so gross. From that point on I felt the room was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom also had no amenities. For what we paid, we should have just gone to the US Grant Hotel, much nicer and cleaner.

Lack of professionalism and communication

Liked: The location was honestly the only reason we stayed.
Disliked: The lack of communication and professionalism exhibited when we initially attempted to check in at 3, we were told the systems were down and that's it was told to come back at 4 to manually check in. So me and my pregnant wife of 7 months go for an early dinner and return at 430 the same host then tells us we need to get in the que which he didn't state perviously an hr earlier. We put our name on and was told to wait. At 6 pm we still weren't checked in amd when I asked the host where we were in the waitlist he informed me it would be another hr or two. We waited another about 45 mins and as I was about to inform the front desk we were looking to cancel the manager Decided to come out of his office and check us in which she could've did the entire time instead of having one person at the front desk for the whole entire hotel which is beyond frustrating for me and my wife and everyone looking to check in.

We love staying & will...

Liked: Everything was great. Staff was helpful always. Everyone was very respectful
Disliked: that the bar was closed from 12- 4 at the pool.
