Disliked: Nobody mentioned that the spa is not included in the price. Not a great surprise at the check out.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Atik who was at reception. He made us feel really comfortable! The older gentleman in the breakfast room made us the best coffees, he was super friendly and lovely to talk to and always greeted us with a smile! Location of the hotel was amazing.
Disliked: We really liked the hotel, however, we found the rooms incredibly hot at night, despite asking the heating to be turned off, it was like a sauna! I think the size of the room was also a little snug. I think for the price we paid, we felt the room was on the smaller side for what we expected.
