I was doubled charged for...

Liked: I was doubled charged for the night and tried for hours to resolve with no solution I got an email from booking dot com saying my booking failed but they received my payment. I selected re book at no cost and I was charged again and had 2 reservations for the same night even though the email sent to me said my first one didn’t go through. I attached a screenshot of the email

Disliked: I was very disappointed that u removed the food locations within the casino along with some of the staple slot machines not everyone wants to play the cheesy table style games , me and the wife will not be back and that's sad as it has been a yearly trip to celebrate our anniversary.
