Liked: The staff were very helpful in assisting me in the need to get information for my presentation printed. Breakfast was very good. All staff including the lounge staff were great.

Disliked: 8 teams were staying as well and teenage kids knocked on my door and walls until very late. The were extremely loud gather in the hallway and I had to be up very early to go work at the hospital. I had terrible sleep!

Disliked: the room we booked was not the room they had for us. l booked a room with a kitchenette and jacuzzi tub we were first put in a room with out a jacuzzi or kitchenette then we were put in a room with just a jacuzzi. booking.com booked us in a plain room not what we thought we were getting

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Bartender was great. Coffee in lobby was good. Room was warm and comfortable.
Disliked: Pet fee is now per day. Most hotels in Abredeen have a one time pet fee.Breakfast was not even close as good as it was the last two years.Pool/Hot tub was dirty. Parking lot (back lot) very icy.
