Clean, comfy, and a great...

Liked: Very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was not the greatest.

Problems

Disliked: The room wasn’t ready until after 5:00pm Supposed to be ready at 3:00pm. We arrived at hotel at 3:30pm. Had to go elsewhere for an hour and a half. When we got back to the hotel I was told at front desk they won’t yet be ready for another half hour. I said we need rooms to get ready for an event. He gave us two rooms, but there was a sign on our room door saying, do not enter deodorizing.” There was a little machine working in the room to, “Get the bad smell out of it.”
