Usually have no problems with the staff there but this last time we went for breakfast and the milk was spoiled and the yogurt was expired so we had to leave and spend more money on a different breakfast.

Liked: Hot tub in room.
Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: It was nothing like the pictures, everything was dirty, thin blankets and no comforters on beds.Kids were extremely disappointed that pool was closed.

Very clean, nice people, great...

Disliked: I was a bit surprised by how worn out the furniture in the Room was. I was astonished by the completely worn out toilet seat. I actually have never seen one that has been sat on so many times that the paint was worn completely off.

This hotel made it harder...

Disliked: The lady at the front desk didn't know how to count back change. The pool and hot tub were out of order, and they didn't put that on the website. Housekeeping didn't come to take out the trash, or clean the room in the 3 nights we were there. When asked to talk to a manager they refused to allow that. There was no seat in the shower in the handicap accessible room.

Liked: Asked for help with tv. Maintenance never came, but we did figure out tv. Pool was cool, hot tub out of order. Good breakfast!
