Brittany, Hastings, visiting Pinnacle Bank Arena

Usually have no problems with the staff there but this last time we went for breakfast and the milk was spoiled and the yogurt was expired so we had to leave and spend more money on a different breakfast.

Liked: Hot tub in room.
Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Nothing breakfast was pretty bad we didn’t even eat.
Disliked: Rugs were filthy, ac unit was so loud, buttons were missing. The hallways were so hot when you pass to get into your room.. Looked very outdated!!! Couldn’t sleep comfortably had a weird smell…

Price was good, service and...

Liked: Close to the interstate
Disliked: Very rude and non welcoming staff. Was stared at from the minute I walked in the door till I hit the front desk. Didn’t get talked to until I spoke to them first. The place is muggy and sticky. Carpets are all worn and stained and nasty looking. Stains on our bed sheets. One of our rooms keys didn’t work. Went to find a vending machine and the products were room temperature so very warm. Also when asking about the vending machine got a finger point no words from the staff. Beds are uncomfortable. The air conditioning in our room has 3 settings but only one worked.

Nice staff and decent breakfast....

Liked: Location and pool. Only booked for the spa but it was out of order
Disliked: Charged twice. Once for booking.com and once when they sent me a registration link to fill out.
