Liked: That my children had fun & beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was very minimal. Staff was not very friendly. The hot tub was full of very young unsupervised children.

Liked: Building, location, price
Disliked: Need longer bar and restaurant hours, hand lotion.

Disliked: The first room they gave us was not cleaned. I called the front desk,she apologized and quickly gave us another room.

Liked: The pillows?! The room was not very well kept. Random garbage on the floor by bed and table. Staff was all overworked and rude. Pool was cold and overall the pool area was chilly. Also the levels for chemicals were high; causing skin reactions for seve
Disliked: Receptionist at the front desk at check-in was clearly not in the right position or line of work. Very rude. The over night/early morning front desk person was sleeping on the clock. Almost fell out of his chair a few times just during the time we watche

Disliked: Electrical outlets near the bed were non-functioning. There was no safety bar in the shower. The soaps were tiny. The room location was very inconvenient relative to the breakfast area. Parking was odd relative to the interior room. The desk clerk curt.

Liked: the rooms were clean and very spacious. The price was not outragous.
Disliked: The Hot Tub was only lukewarm, there were Young(under age 4) in the hot tub. Made it hard to relax as an adult.
