A Great Basic Quiet Hotel

Liked: I stay at ABVI several times a year when I come to WI Rapids. The main draw is it's ALWAYS CLEAN and the staff is VERY friendly and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping, they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. That's hard to find these days anywhere! It's also always quiet and no drama. A great value for a basic hotel.
Disliked: The only constructive criticism I can offer is to get fitted sheets that fit the depth of the mattress better. My bottom sheet kept popping off.

Liked: the room was spacious and big
Disliked: they had a tub but you couldn’t use the tub to soak in because the tub stopper wouldn’t hold the water in the tub you could only take a shower

Liked: Breakfast was good, but I have to say that the staff were exceptional and friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: All in all the stay was great, a little better selection for breakfast, possibly. But you should be proud of the employees that you have working for you.
