Liked: No breakfast available.
Disliked: Housekeeping is really pushy, and demand a tip if they clean the room or not. I would say "No thank you, I'm fine." to get "Tip? Housekeeping tip?" in response.

Definitely worth it for a...

Liked: Good environment nice and quiet like I wanted it to be
Disliked: The sheets had something on them in the bed I laid in and the hallways could use a bug exterminator
