Great day, great location 

Liked: Fab staff. 24hr check in which was perfect as I checked in at 1 am after a late arrivalGood range of food at breakfast and comfortable room
Disliked: The shower cubicle could’ve been a little bit bigger

Liked: Americana hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay in London ! Very clean rooms are compact but we no need for them to be any bigger for 2 people, perfect continental breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful

It can be even better.

Liked: The staff was of the highest quality! Deserves the highest rating
Disliked: I had hoped for a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere during my stay. Instead, I found myself longing for the natural light that the upper floors offered. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the hallway; I would have liked to have at least enjoyed the air conditioning, but there was a sign on the wall that it would be fixed …next year.
