Our stay was okay.

Liked: Quiet neighbourhood and easy access and short distance from Baker Street underground tube. The staff was really welcoming, and the cleaning staff in the morning were nice. Bedding, towels, room furniture and foodware were clean.
Disliked: The room was tiny, and the carpet wasn't very clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean either, dusty on the storage space above the toilet. I think they should close the lift, as it poses a risk; it is way too small. Get a bigger iron.

Great location but the hotel...

Disliked: The standard room was very old and small and the bathroom was horrible and the superior was nice but the air conditioning was not working and no cupboard
