Good
Liked: The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. We arrived early and a king room was made available to us. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The property is older and needs lots of exterior attention. But the price was appropriate for the property.

Terrible.
Disliked: The room (which we paid a small fortune for due to the eclipse!), had 2 poorly functioning, very noisy air conditioners that we ultimately had to turn off because of how loud they were. The sheets were so rough, I woke up with irritated skin. The towels were even worse! They offered no breakfast. And, there was a full sized refrigerator, in the room, partially blocking the only bathroom vanity, that did not work! The pool was filled in, now a concrete pad. I was completely ripped off because of the eclipse pricing ($699!) It was a miserable experience.

Below average
Liked: It has a dedicated open area you can park your truck and boat trailer without the worry of parking it in a tight spot also has receptacles for charging the batteries in your boat.
Disliked: The staff was very hard to understand because of their strong Indian accent and could barely hear him and would only allow check in from the outside check in window. The bed sheets and pillow cases had stain splotches on them and requested for a new change of bed sheets and they said they were already changed but they did go ahead and give me a fresh set of sheets so I did appreciate that but all in all if you’re a tournament bass angler and just want a place to sleep and shower for a night it’ll make due but I would probably find something else if I was staying multiple nights.
