Shabby but clean.
Liked: Decent shower. New flooring.
Disliked: Thin walls & ceiling, terribly loud heater/AC unit, toilet not fully affixed to floor, difficult soap and shampoo dispensers, dangerously cracked hair dryer, very thin blanket on bed. When we entered the room, the first thing we say was two pair of ear plugs provided by motel. The whole property reeked of penny-pinching by owners. Room 113.

Was a nice clean quiet...
Liked: It was clean and nice . Room was well put together and organized. And it was CLEAN . No bugs . And Quiet area .friendly staff.
Disliked: They could’ve had an ice machine that’s always useful or a vending machine .

Cozy and Comfort
Liked: Very quiet, peaceful place to Experience, staff was so very friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed. Room accommodations were perfect and relaxing for us. Bed was so comfortable and cozy. We will continue to return for future trips to Grover Beach area.
