Good Value Stay

Liked: Convenient location, just a walk away from Little Tokyo and the train station. Room and bathroom area was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do provide a safe luggage storage facility too. Overall a pleasant stay and good price.
Disliked: There was a strange smell in my room, I don't know where it came from but after opening my window and door for a while it did go away, but did come back every time I left the room. Possibly from the previous occupants or from a room nearby. Location seemed a bit unsafe to stay around too late at night, so may be better to book with friends, or go out only during light out. I did not encounter any issues at all.

Great place to stay if...

Liked: Very clean rooms, basic but worked for a few days stay. Friendly staff, quiet as not near loud bars or main tourist areas. Couple of good places local to get breakfast and dinner
Disliked: Bathrooms clean, but on third floor the shower doors were a bit grimy at the bottom of the doors, one toilet had no lock (male) and squeaky door into room, mentioned to staff on check out. Small things that could have been picked up by staff. Didn't detract from overall stay
