Liked: Clean, polite stafft and location is great
Disliked: It was way too hot in our room and upon asking if the heat could be turned down, we were told to just put a blanket over the heater or turn on the AC to balance the room temperature out. I *refuse* to turn on the AC in winter to cool down a room that‘s being overly heated because the heater can‘t be regulated.

Liked: Nicely curated hostel vibe in Gramercy! Short walk to restos & transportation, good value for money. Staff was super helpful & friendly.

Liked: Great self-service breakfast in the kitchen: donuts, fresh fruits, croissants, muffins.Wifi.Various budget options to eat around on 3rd Avenue.
Disliked: Luggage room not locked.

Cold but good breakfast

Disliked: My room was very cold (18 second floor). Air was flowing from the window (closed) and no heater was available. There was a fan so I guess for summer it is ok. I have been there the 16/17 February. I specified the room because it seemed to me that different parts of the hotel had different heating, so that I was in the part of the building that was colder.
