Great location, accommodation a bit...

Liked: Location was great, self check in was very easy.
Disliked: Self check-in a bit cold. Prefer to have people around. Room a bit basic.

Luzern - just a lovely...

Liked: Location - excellent location, short walking distance (10 mins) to Lion Monument, Luzern main train / bus station, bus stop right in front of the hotel, good restaurants, COOP & Migros like just next door. Fairly large corner room, for 3 pax. Very polite and responsive staff
Disliked: Poor location of electrical wall sockets - eg located under the TV counter, none at bed side tables. ( we had to plug in the electric kettle on the floor, next to the sofa bed)

Disliked: room was quite hot. we had to open the window and then it was very noisy

Does what it says on...

Liked: A standard hotel for short stays but no mod cons. Clean rooms and facilities. No tea or coffee in rooms. Hard to find. Good for 1 / 2 nights, but I would recommend spending a bit more cash if you want a better experience, but it does what it says on the tin. Thanks for the stay.
