Skip this one and stay...

Liked: All the staff were miserable , from reception to breakfast staff not one person broke into a smile. TV loads of channels but only 3 worked , breakfast was good with plenty of choice however most the plates were chipped and I’m not talking small chips, my wife has thrown better in the bin. Housekeeping there is no point in having a hoover if you don’t use it !!! Stayed 1 week and never had the bed sheets changed 4 star my backside we stayed a the hotel next door last year Ambassador premiums much better.

Good value hotel ,not perfect...

Liked: room spacious and well appointed if a little tired.Dining room bright and airy with good choice of breakfast.
Disliked: Lack of ability to control heat in room.Pillows and towels tired and reaching the end of their service life.Chipped plates in dining room not a good look. .Bar was a trek from the foyer and contained a bowling alley!

Not very new, but good...

Liked: We like the spa centre. It was what we expected. Clean, large pool, good dreaming after this. Have to go. If you long driving and need to rest.
Disliked: Not very new, but good.

Liked: We loved spa and it is for included in a price and the most important things for us that we could come with our kids

Liked: SPA zone was pretty good. Renovated sauna area, swimming pool. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: During check-in i found sink was dirty , also cleaning gloves were left on the floor. Room was replaced by another one, but anyway bad impression remained. Also i put heating to maximum, but radiator remain cold (in another room it was warm. Window contact is not the point - i checked window - it was closed).

Liked: Swimming pool and restaurant , good price

Liked: verything ok like always. The new wellness!!
Disliked: Problems with the showers, this is always problem.
