Liked: The decor was amazing & was very welcoming, continental breakfast was nice but did not realise when we made the booking that this was the only breakfast option "our mistake".
Disliked: The bed was a small double, location wasn't as expected, did not expect to have to make our own bed each morning "due to covid" show/toilet was very snug & not much storage in the room.

Superb

Liked: Hospitable hosts, a comfortable room designed in the boutique style.
Disliked: The breakfast was good but a bit of an anticlimax, given the bar that was set by the room.

Disliked: The room was small kept banging head on ceiling lucky we were not that tall. Found not having a shower or toilet room in the room hard as I had to get up 3 times in the night.

Liked: Jane & Ged we’re extremely welcoming & provided us with helpful information on how to get about & good places to eat and drink. Genuinely lovely people!The guesthouse was in a great location & it was easy to walk into Bournemouth & to get to the beach. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean & really well decorated. Lots of free parking available on the street.

A lovely guest house ....

Liked: It was ideally situated. Nice size breakfast room. Three car park spaces in front of the guest house and free on street parking. Jane and Ged were very helpful and friendly. Always made time for a chat, plus giving us ideas of places to visit and eat around Bournemouth
Disliked: Our room was on the second floor which wasn’t a problem but it was a small box room, extremely hot when the door was opened. Ged gave us a fan which was very much appreciated. The bed was extremely low, approximately a foot from the floor. I am over 6ft tall so a long way down. The en-suite was also very small. If we stayed longer and took a suitcase there would have been nowhere to store it. We would go there again but in another room.
