Excellent stay - great location

Liked: It was very welcoming and in a great location - the breakfast was excellent and good value for money. The staff were lovely and efficient.
Disliked: We had 3 adults stying in the room and the location of the roll out bed made it awkward to get in and out of the bathroom. A bigger room for 3 guests would be better.

Fab location shame about the...

Liked: Location location location. Fab roof top bar
Disliked: Staff reluctant to serve us hot drinks at 10.40 saying the bar is due to close at 11. Didn't make us feel welcome. The bar should remain open for residents.

Super cosy nice hotel in...

Liked: Super location!!!!!!!!! Great value for money. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: I would prefer to have a mini bar in the room.

Very good

Liked: Location was great and the style of the hotel oozes class. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept and the tv worked as expected.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. I've stayed in other hotels in the area where bacon, hash browns, fried eggs and beans were all included in the breakfast so I found the amano selection a little disappointing.The room was very small.

Disliked: Was drawn to this hotel by the rooftop bar Was disappointed to be told a few days before that it was closed for a private function

Enjoyable

Liked: Location was excellent.
Disliked: Not being able to use the rooftop bar at certain times due to private functions. Also were given the wrong room in the beginning.

Hotel felt plush, safe, comfy...

Liked: Location was really fantastic, so close to everything , very nice area.Staff were really freindlyA 2 min walk from the underground .Everything was within easy walking distance from the hotel. Lots of resturaunts, pubs and shops.
