Lush and relaxing stay in...

Liked: It was very lovely modern and comfortable.
Disliked: There isn’t very much I didn’t like. The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am which was early and unexpected but not an issue.

Disliked: Curtains do not block light, so woke early, so it was not a great sleep

Liked: Location fantastic. Staff polite.
Disliked: Technology on entering and feeling like it is all self-service as we are old and not used to computers I guess. The room floor was very dusty. Tablet not working properly as instructed. Disappointed not able to use rooftop for viewing due to function. We only got told after we booked it. Overall, we enjoyed London

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: There are no staff, they don’t want to have housekeeping disguised under sustainability, room was tiny.

Gorgeous stay!

Liked: Amazing location right in Covent Garden. The staff were super accommodating and we were able to check in around 12ish.
Disliked: The room overall was lovely but it was rather small, especially in the bathroom. I feel there needs to be a handrail to hang wet towels on and the bathroom floor got soaked from the shower with not much room for the bath mat on the floor as it was a tight area. The bed was super comfy however the bottom sheet was just a sheet and would come off in the night and we’d wake up lying on just the plastic mattress topper.
