Disliked: A bit uncomfortable paying more on site than what I have agreed with Booking, but it's fine. But no warm water in my whole stay is unacceptable. No people at reception to complain about.

Liked: Located right in the city centre.Very quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: No toilet in the room

Great location and worthy.

Liked: The hotel is located in a fantastic location, just two station far from Düsseldorf central station. A lot of restaurants and bars around.
Disliked: My room was in third floor, with no elevator and smoking forbidden. I had to go down with many stairs and back. Shared toilet also bothered but I knew it while I was booking and no complaints about it. Last day I requested to buy a coffee but the staff was roughly rejected my request, I said I pay for it but she said No No, you have no breakfast. Other staff were helpful and great.My mobile had a very poor network and couldn’t connect to my own mobile data but the hotel had a free WiFi. Quality of WiFi in some periods was OK.

Good location and nice place

Liked: The location is really good in the center, so everything for us was close. The room is small but comfortable, it was clean. The breakfast was good. The price was really good for the room.
Disliked: You can hear the noise from the street (specially in weekends) and the curtains didn’t block the sun.

Liked: Everything the stuff was really nice and also the area is very central to the local bars and restaurants
