We had a blast but...

Liked: Great vibe, rooms were small but typical “loft” rooms, nicely decorated and appointed.
Disliked: 2 out of 4 elevators down all weekend. Wanted a drink at sunset Friday night by the rooftop pool only to find out a private party was going on. No breakfast facilities and no sit down breakfast in the area. You MUST use valet @ $40/night. Valet not appropriately staffed during rush times ( pre and post-concert @ Ray-Jay, checkout Sunday waited 35 minutes for car and yes I used the app ahead of time. )Sunday late checkout could not be accommodated after late night.

Great location.

Liked: Paid for 1 night here accidentally and was told to book the downtown location and receive a refund. Never received a refund, ended up paying over $800 for 1 night

!!!!!Management Dropped the Ball!!!!

Liked: The location is very convenient. The bed is comfortable, and the staff is very pleasant.
Disliked: After showering the water would not stop dripping which made disturbing noises and prevented us from sleeping. Maintenance came to resolve the issue but was unable to stop the dripping. Maintenance used towels to quiet the noise, but once the towels soaked, the noise continued. He advised switching rooms, but who wants to do that at 2a? He then advised we request compensation which we did at checkout and was told management would contact us to resolve the issue. Have not heard from management, What a disappointment.

Liked: Staff was great. Nice room. Quiet. In a great place to wander around shops.
Disliked: Overnight valet parking at night. Free daytime parking.
