Disappointed with the presentation.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Pictures online DO NOT match the actual presentation. Tv is outdated. Bed isn’t comfortable and had stains on the sheets and blankets. Ac barely worked in our unit and got hot mid day real fast. The hallways and bedrooms look outdated overall. No mini refrigerator or microwave is beyond disappointing.

Liked: - All staff were extremely polite and helpful.- Gym was clean and open for 24 hours.- The hotel is a 6min walk from Sunnyvale Caltrain station, which is convenient for people travelling without a car.- Also, it's located next to Sunnyvale downtown, so there's plenty of places to eat.- There's a target, wholefoods, movie theater, etc. which are all within a 5-15min walking distance.- On Saturday there seems to be a farmers market going on in the downtown area, which I hope I had more time to check out.- The location seems pretty safe and has an entrance facing the main street, but they lock that door at 11pm so you have to walk in through the parking lot area which seems a bit sketchy at night. So I definitely wouldn't walk outside alone after 11pm. However, a local told me to not walk outside past 9pm even though Sunnyvale is pretty safe. I guess in most places walking outside at night isn't safe anyways.
Disliked: During the weekends there is a club nearby that's loud at night. However, the staff offered before I asked if I wanted to move to a room far from the noise. So I switched rooms and had no problems sleeping.
