It was really pleasant

Liked: I like the aesthetics in the room. I also liked that I could use the gym as well.I love the location close to New York.Just a bus will take you to New York Time Square.
Disliked: Nothing

Disappointing

Liked: The location and convenience how its close to the bus to get to new york.
Disliked: The room was not clean the floor was sticky the walls had splattered drink or food on the walls from previous guest. The room smelled musky and felt sticky with humidity. We turned on the air but it had to be so cold for it the help the humidity. The bar was extremely expensive 30 bucks for 2 small margaritas i didnt even pay that much in flordia. The table in the room was rusty and I thought the parking lot was for guest it was so many cars one night that I literally had to move my car far away to avoid it being damaged again in this parking lot. It was hit once before so I will probably be trying another hotel close next yr. I am not happy with aloft.

Worth the drive!

Liked: The location is PERFECT! Sandwiched between all the attractions in NJ and NY.
Disliked: There was food stains on the comforter to one of the beds. I let the host know and housekeeping changed the sheets.

Exceptional

Liked: Extremely comfortable. Loved the lobby - pool table was an added bonus. Staff very accommodating providing extra pillows. Bus stop to NYC just across the street was perfect.

Superb

Liked: Location convenient to restaurants, NJ Transit to NYC is across the street and the American Dream Mall was less than 10 min away. Front desk staff were always pleasant, accommodating and answered all of our questions. Bartender Gino was also fantastic!

Liked: Liked the open concept of the room. The gym was great Location was exceptional for shopping
Disliked: The room appeared very clean but the floor was not. The clerk was shown a towel that was used to stand on the floor .The towel was dirty while the clerk said it was glue

Great stay other than the...

Liked: Location is great, lots of on site parking available, rooms are big with nice city view, everything was clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There is absolutely no privacy when showering. The setup of the room is so strange and the placement of the mirror means that you can see into the shower from pretty much anywhere in the room. Not a great setup as a mom traveling with teenagers and their friend.
