Liked: It is was very clean, the staff was always helpfull, I had a broken toilet and they fixed it immediately after I reported it, the location is also good, close to the high line and madison sq garden stadium, super easy to reach from the airport, the hotel was on a street with many plant and flower shops
Disliked: My toilet broke, but they fixed it immediately after reporting, also they ask for a security deposit + preauthorisation and at the end they charge you the sum you are supposed to pay, in my cause they charged me around $800-900 extra and it took almost two weeks to get it back, security deposits are common in the us but they are usually $200-300 in other places and I always got my money back in 3days or so, so just be ready for this. Otherwise everything was fine.
